There are times when I feel so overwhelmed with the number of things I have to do that I feel like my head is going to explode.  Just thinking about the volume of work/tasks to be done would make me want to retreat into a corner and hide under a blanket.  Until, one day, I decided to make a list of all the things that needed to be done.  Suddenly, everything seemed easier and much more doable.
The very act of writing it out, helped me sort through the activities and plan the order in which to execute the tasks, maximizing efficiency.  Today, this is the method I use whenever I feel overwhelmed with anything more than three tasks on my plate.  The stress[Meditation Training] of doing the tasks is completely eliminated, since I have a plan in mind in which to carry out the various duties.  And as I complete each item on my list, I feel an incredible sense of accomplishment and serenity.
